Meridiana Bookstore

Inspired by Da Vinci’s spirit of invention, this bookstore looks to Florence’s future, using the radial forms of the city’s sundials to shape its plan. Spine-like stacks mimic the splayed pages of a book, radiating knowledge into the piazza and creating a monument to both old and new ideas.
